Mobile Plant Operation Danger Zone)

The AI 360 Safety Scanner is an automated warning system that can be installed on all mobile plants, including but not limited to excavators, crawler cranes, and mobile cranes operating on-site. It alerts the mobile plant operator and any site personnel encroaching the mobile plant danger zone perimeter of the risk of being run over or hit by the plant's moving components. Four tailor-made cameras are mounted on the mobile plant to ensure full 360-degree coverage around the mobile plant danger zone perimeter. The danger zones of the mobile plant operation can be adjusted from 2m to 5m, depending on the actual conditions of the plants.

Two alert buzzers with flashlights and warning messages are installed on both sides of the mobile plant. Additionally, one alert buzzer with a red flashlight and a warning sound with a minimum of 100dB will be triggered when a person encroaches upon the mobile plant danger zone perimeter. Simultaneously, a notification will be sent via email or Telegram. A video clip, photo, location, and time of the unsafe event will be recorded on the CMP.
