Confined Space

Our system is comprehensive and covers all aspects of the Smart Site Safety System (4S) as detailed below:

  •  Real-Time Site Worker Counting: Includes a turnstile with face recognition and a display at the entrance/exit of the confined space. Only authorized personnel can access the confined space, controlled by the turnstile. The duration of each worker's stay in the confined space is recorded on the CMP.

  • Location Tracking Inside Confined Spaces: Depending on site conditions, several technologies are applied for tracking. For large excavations or tunnels/caverns, a UWB positioning system is proposed. For medium-sized confined spaces, a WiFi zoning system is proposed.

  • Toxic Gas Monitoring: A comprehensive confined space module equipped with sensors for Oxygen (O2), Temperature, PM2.5, Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Methane (CH4), and Combustible gases. If designated gas levels exceed the limit, a siren is triggered.

  • Data Recording and Display: All data from toxic gas monitoring, tracking, and worker counting are recorded and displayed in real-time on the CMP.

Implementing our Confined Space System ensures a safer working environment by providing real-time monitoring and control of confined spaces, reducing the risk of accidents and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
