4S Labelling Initiative :
Pioneering Safety Excellence in Hong Kong's Construction Industry

As a leading sensor supply and instrumentation company, we have been offering individual Smart Site Safety System (4S) devices and hardware since 2022. After a year of rigorous testing, each component of our 4S system has proven to be both reliable and stable. Building on this solid foundation, we have integrated all these elements into our locally developed Centralized Management Platform (CMP), specifically designed for the Hong Kong construction industry. Our user-friendly design ensures that even those less familiar with computers can handle the tasks effortlessly.

Our system is not only stable and efficient but also thoroughly tested to ensure smooth operation. We take pride in our several successful implementations of the 4S service in 2024, all of which have passed the Smart Site Safety System Labelling Scheme (4SLS), a collaboration between DEVB and the Construction Industry Council (CIC) in 2024.

With our 4S package, you can trust that your site’s safety management is in expert hands, backed by proven technology and a commitment to excellence. Additionally, our system is designed for lower CPU demand, allowing it to run smoothly on an iPad or tablet, eliminating the need for high-grade and bulky computers.

Our Smart Site Safety System (4S) includes :

Centralized Management Platform (CMP)

Our system uses the "BIM ID" for seamless access to a central portal with project information. This enables real-time monitoring, improves efficiency, and elevates safety standards by providing accurate, accessible data. It also simplifies documentation management, ensuring a single source of truth.

Digitized tracking system and Assets Management

Our web-based tracking system offers real-time monitoring and precise location tracking of site plants, tools, and ladders, using QR code tagging and proactive maintenance notifications, ensuring compliance and efficient asset management.

Digitalized permit-to-work system

We offer customizable Digitalized Permit to Work Forms for high-risk activities like confined space work, electrical hazards, and crane operations. Apply, approve, and track permits seamlessly on our web platform, ensuring safety compliance and real-time monitoring on our Centralized Management Platform (CMP).

IoT Lock

A Smart IoT lock, managed via CMP and mobile apps, can be unlocked with fingerprint recognition or a mobile app. Administrators can grant permanent or temporary access. Unauthorized attempts trigger a local alarm. The lock management platform is integrated into the CMP.

AI 360 Safety Scanner

Four AI cameras on mobile machinery provide a 360-degree view. A danger zone (2-4 meters) is set in the local AI server. Entry into this zone triggers a buzzer, alarm, records the event in the CMP, and sends notifications.

Smart Watch

GPS technology provides location and body condition data (heart rate, temperature, blood oxygen, activity) to the platform. The device enables two-way communication, weather updates from the Hong Kong Observatory, and has an SOS button for safety officers.

AI CCTV

(PPE & Unsafe acts / dangerous situation alert - Tower crane lifting zone)

CCTV cameras monitor specific areas, recording footage on a SD card. Photos of unsafe events are stored in the CMP. The AI detects safety breaches, such as missing helmets or vests and danger zone intrusions.

Confined Space System

A comprehensive confined space solution is provided, covering worker in-and-out counting, toxic gas detection, and worker tracking.
